WHAT  -2 x 1.5hrs Masterclasses/Workshops - 
Including a freestlye performance at the end of class!
Come and learn Kate’s favorite moves! including conditioning, strength and flexibility exercises, performance skills, spins, dance, tricks, power moves & find out what “Bendy’s secret Bendy Juice” is.
–All levels and complete beginners welcome!  

Class 1 – Bendy’s Themes and Choreography (Performance Workshop)  – suitable for all - including  Beginners and Intermediate level students, concentrating on – Floorwork, Static Spins, Simple Spinny Pole Tricks.

Class 2 – Bendy’s Best Bits - suitable for Intermedate and Advanced level students,  concentrating on -  arms only moves and variations (so handspringers would be beneficial but other options available) Flag Tricks, Shoulder mount combos/tricks, Flexibility Moves, Handstand conditioning and tips,  Simple acrobatics, Pairs stretching and stretching tips.

Both classes are suitable for all levels, however to gain the most from ”Bendy’s Best Bits” we recommend you are confident at inverts or you have attended at least 6 -8 weeks of  classes.

About ”Bendy” Kate Czepulkowski ……..
Kate started pole dancing with Spin City Pole Fitness in Bristol (PDC approved pole dance school) Taking the pole dancing world by storm, soon enough her amazing talent -not to mention her strength and of course flexibility that earned her the nickname ’Bendy’ Kate, had us all watching her performances in awe. Upon entering her first competition, she won her heat at the UK Amateur Pole Performer Competiton 2010 in Bristol, she later won UKAPP 2010 Expert Category. She then went onto win the Birmingham heat of PoleDivas Championships – Advanced Catagory and also winning at the grand final taking the title of PoleDivas Advanced Amateur Champion 2010.

Kate is 20 years old, she has been poleing for 1.5 – 2 years. She is currently studying Sports Therapy and Rehabilitation and she has a sports massage clinic in Bristol.
She is also  president of the Bristol/UWE Pole Society and she loves running the society and looking after her poley girls! She says  ”It goes without saying that we are the coolest society uni has to offer!”

Kate’s latest pole adventure was attending the Pole Convention an Annual International Pole and Exotic Dance Fitness Convention, West Palm Beach, Florida, USA.

Kate holds 2 UK Pole Fitness Titles to date which are:

• UK Amateur Pole Performer Expert 2010
• PoleDivas Amateur Advanced Champion  2010
